  • What do I wear?
    A strappy tank top or bra works just fine. I will drape you for your comfort so you won't get chilly!
  • How often do I need to do this to maintain results?
    Frequency is determined by condition of the skin, your age and goals. Most commonly clients are seen 1 time per week 5-11 sessions.
  • How long will my results last?
    Facial changes are often the result of deeper imbalances within the body. If we don’t address the root cause, these changes can gradually return—sometimes within a year. That’s why I recommend monthly maintenance sessions to preserve your results and support long-term structural alignment. In addition to in-office treatments, I encourage clients to explore Block Therapy—a powerful at-home practice designed to decompress the entire body. This method helps release tension, reduce asymmetry, ease pain, and deflate areas of stagnant fascia, allowing your face (and body) to reflect that internal balance.
